Cancellation policy
Customer cancellation
-Cancellation within 48 hours before the excursion:Total refund of the deposit paid, without penalty, or possibility to issue a voucher valid for 12 months.
-Cancellation over 48 hours or no presentation (No-Show):Regardless of the settlement as a penalty to block river guides and boarding.
Bad weather or force majeure
Rafting takes place regularly in the rain. However, in case of exceptional floods of the Lao river or weather conditions that at the undesirable judgement of the Director of the descents compromise safety, the excursion will be cancelled.
In this scenario, we will propose to the customer:
1. An alternative river route compatible with water flow.
2. The shift of activity to a new agreed date.
3. Full refund of the deposit paid.
