Canyoning and Canyoning in the Pollino

Rope abseils, natural slides and dives into the heart of the rock

Canyoning (or canyoning) consists of descending gorges and ravines on foot carved into the limestone and crossed by small streams. It can include rope abseils, natural slides and dives where the guide deems them feasible. It is a vertical and aquatic activity with specific risks: itinerary, equipment and feasibility are checked based on weather, flow rate and participants.
