The minimum age depends on the river route chosen: - For the tourist section “Rafting Fun Trip” the minimum age is 6 years (accompanied by adults). - For intermediate routes, such as River Walking + Rafting, the minimum age is 8-10 years. - For the full descent “Rafting Grand Canyon” and advanced expeditions, the minimum age is 14-16 years.
Yes, sufficient familiarity with water is required. We provide each participant with a certified high buoyancy life jacket and a protective helmet. The neoprene wetsuit offers additional buoyancy. FIRAFT guides check each equipment before boarding.
The rafting is carried out regularly even in case of light rain. In the event of severe bad weather, unexpected river floods or weather warnings that compromise safety, the excursion will be canceled or moved. In this case the booking is fully refunded or rescheduled in agreement with the customer.
The rate includes: 1. Accompaniment by certified guides FIRAFT or mountain guides/AIGAE. 2. The approved technical equipment required for the activity. 3. The shuttle service for the transfers indicated in the sheet. 4. The digital photo service when indicated in the booked product.
For river activities, bring a swimsuit, synthetic or thermal t-shirt, sneakers or light shoes that can get wet, shower supplies and a complete dry change. Avoid flip flops and open shoes. Always check the checklist for the individual activity.
Yes, booking is strongly recommended, especially in July and August. Each activity and package with dedicated calendar can be booked from your own tab. For special requests or products without a verified calendar you can contact River Tribe on WhatsApp, via email or by telephone.
