Rafting on Lao River: Fast & Furious!

It is not a film nor will we be dealing with clandestine cars, but action and fun will be the main prerogatives of one of the most beautiful descents of rafting that River Tribe offers.

In Italy one of the most enchanting places to practice Rafting is certainly the river Lao, a very lucky river which has its source in Basilicata in the beautiful Pollino National Park and flows, after just 66 km, near Scalea, onto the Cosenza Tyrrhenian Sea.

With the No Limits descents and, the latest addition, Fast & Furious, our inflatable boats will navigate for almost half of the entire river route; will take you to discover a unique spectacle, characterized by very high rock walls, splendid waterfalls created by the various springs that flow into the river, ending at the Sanctuary of the Madonna of Constantinople dating back to the 17th century, located on the right bank of the Lao River, near Papasidero, in a natural setting of particular charm and beauty. A unique opportunity for families and friends who are not satisfied with the Rafting Grand Canyon and want to test themselves during this journey.

We will enjoy a unique natural spectacle, for those who are not satisfied with just admiring the Grand Canyon but also want to challenge their own limits. 29 km of pure adrenaline, among rapids, scrub, vegetation and rocks that make the descent even more exciting. Furthermore, for the more fearless, it will be possible to try the FLIP, i.e. the overturning of the dinghy with the related recovery operations.
