Serra delle Ciavole and Italus Trek
The excursion to Italus, the oldest dated tree in Europe (over 1,200 years old).
On Serra delle Ciavole grows Italus, the Loricato Pine which, with its over 1,230 years, is the oldest scientifically dated tree in Europe. A trekking which is also a pilgrimage through time, along windy ridges populated by loricates twisted with age. Accompanied by a Park Guide we will discover the history and resistance of these stone giants.
