In River Tribe we used to welcome you with a handshake or a hug, but since the Corona Virus started it was no longer possible. (We hope that everything will soon return to normality!). We’ve drawn up a set of rules to ensure everyone’s safety.
Activities are carried out in the open air, and this helps to reduce the risk of contagion. We also decided to limit participants to group experiences, such as rafting. But don’t worry! We will organize the activities according to the number of groups.
How are the rooms and materials supplied during the activities cleaned? We follow both the WHO guidelines and the ISS COVID 19 Report. We clean rooms and all common areas several times a day. We use different cloths for each type of object/surface.
We sanitize common materials such as bicycles, helmets, harnesses, cords, paddles, wetsuits, gloves, boats, toilets with 70% alcoholic solution. We deliver the equipment to our guests only after sanitization. In addition, our guides will be equipped with disinfectant to ensure even more cleanliness and hygiene.
What about transport? The vehicles are sanitized with 70% alcoholic solution and there is disinfectant. It’s allowed to be carried on vehicles only with a mask.
Can you use the changing rooms? We advise you to use them as little as possible. You can also change your shoes and wear a swimsuit outside, we don’t think it makes much difference. For this reason we advise you to come already with your swimsuit worn. We also do not recommend the use of showers. We know, it is not the top! But it is part of the guidelines we adopt to ensure your safety 🙂
We are lucky, the River Tribe base is large and surrounded by greenery; here you will have no problem keeping distance with others. For security reasons, when you arrive at our center, we will ask you to keep all the precautions you keep during your everyday life:
We ask you a very important thing: if in the 7 days following the activity, you or someone in your group has flu symptoms or detected positivity to Coronavirus, let us know immediately!
