Canyoning consists in the descent of canyons (gorges) carved over time by water. The creek is crossed on foot without the use of rafts or canoes.
The environment in which it takes place, commonly called “forra”, is rather inhospitable. A canyoning experience takes place inside gorges deeply carved into the rock, forming ideal jumps for dives, slides and, in the most technical paths, rope abseils under wonderful waterfalls, all in total safety accompanied by our professional guides with over 10 years experience.

HOW TO DO THAT?
This sport takes place in a group, usually consisting of a minimum of 4 people. Canyoning is not necessarily an extreme sport. As with other sports, there are paths of different difficulty, from the easiest canyons to the most challenging routes, but you will be guided step by step to choose the best solution for you.
Like all outdoor sports, they can become dangerous if done with improvised and unqualified personnel.
With the right technical preparation, which our guides will give you, a quite athletic preparation and lots of enthusiasm, you can safely enjoy the beauty of unspoilt places and the pleasure of this outdoor sport.
