CANCELLATION POLICY

If RIVER TRIBE is unable to provide a service, for reasons that do not depend on its will (for ex: adverse weather conditions), it shall provide alternative solutions or refund the customer considering the difference between the services originally provided and those enjoyed.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
The following penalties will be applied to customers who cancel the reservation before departure.
Activities:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service.
100% of the total amount will be charged for cancellation within 24 hours prior to the service.
Packages and Expeditions:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure
50% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations up to 2 days prior to departure.
100% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) prior to departure.
