Pack Raft is a small inflatable dinghy, easy to transport even for long distances in inaccessible areas. Its design allows navigation on the oceanic coasts, fjords and rivers also technically advanced, whitewater.
It was already used in Mexico in the state of Chihuahua back in 1952, but at the beginning of the 1980s in Alaska the Pack Raft became as popular as it was useful to cross rivers or lakes and travel large expanses. Due to the long period of its use, today Alaska is considered the birthplace of the Pack Raft.
Since 2018 it is an absolute novelty in the Pollino National Park, and the itinerary we propose is suitable for both beginners, nature lovers and adventurers.
